Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing office coordination, supporting training setup, and assisting HR staff with daily operations. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in administrative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide information to callers and take dictation as needed.
- Compose memos, transcribe notes, and create presentations.
- Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare invoices and expense reports.
- Support the HR team with e-filing, submitting actions, and coordinating office operations.
- Assist with training setup and event coordination.
- Research and assist in creating presentations and compiling data.
- May assist in developing and monitoring the annual budget.
